Easily reachable from Mombasa and Nairobi, Lions Bluff Lodge is a small exclusive lodge which clings to the edge of a bluff suspended above Lumo Community Wildlife Sanctuary which lies at the heart of the Tsavo eco system, surrounded by Tsavo East and West national parks and the Taita Hills Game Sanctuary. the Lumo Wildlife Sanctuary is composed of three group ranches (Lualenyi, Mramba and Oza), all of which contribute towards sustaining this unique wilderness area. The sanctuary preserves a unique eco system rich with wildlife, encompassing one of Africa's most ancient elephant migratory corridors and an important breeding site for lions.

The Lodge has an open terrace with magnificent views of Mount Kilimanjaro, stunning panoramic views over the golden green Tsavo savannah, the North and South Pare mountains and the Taita Hills. the lodge's dinning area overlooks a small water hole visited by herds of elephants among other animals. Each banda at the Lions Bluff Lodge has a hand-made four poster bed adorned in crisp cotton sheets .
