Situated right on the seafront at Mombasa’s Diani Beach on the south coast, Diani Sea Lodge is a German-owned budget accommodation providing simple lodgings for your beach vacations in Kenya. The pristine white sands of the coast are mere footsteps from the hotel’s pool, and the accommodation is well-positioned for Ukunda sightseeing all along the coastal Diani Beach Road. Similar to its sister budget hotel, Diani Sea Resort, this lodging also caters primarily to guests from Deutschland and most are retired seniors.  This large accommodation is also not suitable for AfricanMecca honeymooners and romantics as it caters to over 330+ guests. There are 167 rooms at the lodge are divided into two categories. Superior Rooms are roughly 30 square meters and all have a bathroom with shower and hairdryer as the only room amenity. Bahari Rooms are slightly larger and provide additional amenities such as TVs and mini bars. In both categories, there are family rooms that contain separate extra bedrooms – these are convenient for families considering taking a beach travels to the Indian Ocean together.
